We would like to inform you that our company has changed its name. The company known to you as Heid + Partner Immobilienmanagement eGbR has thus become Heid Immobilienmanagement GmbH.
The change was made in accordance with §§ 190ff in conjunction with §§ 214ff. §§ 214ff of the Reorganisation Act. This in turn means that the previous company continues to exist in a new form upon entry in the commercial register in accordance with § 202 UmwG. All contracts therefore continue to apply unchanged. You therefore do not need to make any further changes, except to familiarise yourself with the new name and to update your system with regard to business correspondence between you and us.
For us, managing real estate also means developing.
